Nenohi Sakimaru Takobiki
Traditionally the Takobiki is a square ended blade used for slicing octopus, hence the Tako in the name. However, the Nenohi Takobiki features a rounded tip (sakimaru) and it would be a shame to only use it on cephalopods. Use on any occasion you need to show off to friends or kitchen colleagues while slicing delicious morsels of sashimi. The blade is Sakai forged white steel finished with a long, slender ebony handle.
