A very popular noodle from the Shikoku region of Japan.
Serve as hot soup noodles or if cold with a dipping sauce.
Noodle Cooking Instructions
- Put in a big pot of boiling water
- Cook to al dente or to taste
- Turn off the heat
- Rinse quickly in running water
Note: This is a thinner noodle than the red label Sanuki Udon on the website before.
