To anyone who likes to cook and know how nice it is to have sharp kitchen knives. This class is well worth the time to do. Now I have the confidence to use the sharpening stones to get my knives razor sharp and how to keep them that way.

I just wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was to take part in the class and to be taught by you and your team. You have created a fantastic space and great atmosphere, and I really appreciate that your staff are so easy-going, but at the same time extremely knowledgeable. When I used my newly sharpened skiving and cutting knives on heavy leather they cut like a dream, it really is a whole new level. It's great to finally have some understanding of the basics of sharpening, I've wasted too much time fumbling in the dark! Thanks for providing such a great service, I'll be sure to recommend it to others.
