Double Peeler - Julienne

This XL size peeler will save you a lot of time to julienne your favourite vegetables like zucchini, carrot, apple and root vegetables for salads, vegie pasta and hash browns. Also great for pickled elements and citrus peel.

It also allows you to shave at different julienne widths: a) approx 2mm and b) approx 3.5mm. To change thicknesses just flip the blade over. 

Made of high quality Japanese stainless steel, this peeler will stay sharper for longer than regular peelers.

Handy hole/hook for hanging storage. Blade width is approximately 8cm. 

To wash, simply rinse under cold running water and dry.
