This XL size peeler is 8cm blade length - perfect for wide ribbons of vegetables, fast shaving of cabbage for coleslaw and quick peeling of pumpkin, potatoes etc...

You can shave at different thicknesses: a) approx 1mm and b) approx 2mm. To change thicknesses simply swivel the blade over.

To wash, simply rinse under cold running water and dry.
