A delicious yuzu kosho with Japanese yuzu peel, salt and potent green chillies.

Compared to the Yuzuya brand this yuzu kosho has a deeper flavour with distinct yuzu flavour that is less reliant on a chilli hit. Also being packaged in a pouch means easier dispensing and less oxidation over time.

Yuzu kosho has an intense flavour and a little goes a long way. It can be used in the same way as mustard to enhance grilled meats, added to sushi for extra zing or stirred into a bowl of noodles to add depth of flavour. It also makes an excellent addition to fried rice.
